NUESTRO PASTOR Y FUNDADOR
Comenzaremos por dos pilares que sirvieron como columnas del edificio que el Señor ha venido construyendo hasta el día de hoy, ellos fueron:
Charles T. Studd, misionero en China y la India, antes de ir a África, donde literalmente se radicó. Allí ganó a los nativos para Cristo, les tradujo la Biblia, les enseñó a cultivar la tierra y a escribir su idioma, hasta el día de su muerte, el 19 de julio de 1931. Para esta fecha la familia Studd había establecido en Londres, la casa matriz de la Cruzada de Evangelismo Mundial, W.E.C. con el propósito, no solo de apoyar el trabajo de Charles en el corazón del África, sino de extender el evangelio, enviando misioneros a otros países donde no conocían a Jesucristo. Arthur Patrick Symes (Patricio Symes), australiano fue uno de ellos.
